Each component is individually controlled and designed for accurate dosage, assuring consistent product flavor across every batch.
When working with high-cost flavors, highly accurate flow meters or loss-in-weight systems can be used. These feedback systems ensure that the correct amount of flavor enters the product stream at all times — protecting both product quality and bottom-line cost control.
Depending on the extruder design and customer preference, the dosing pumps and tanks can be placed directly on the main extruder frame, or mounted on a separate movable skid — giving flexibility for installation, cleaning and maintenance.
